At Buyer’s Edge, we believe that our most important job is to help our clients evaluate properties correctly. That means doing research to help our clients understand the comparable sales in the area, access to Metro, availability of shopping, bike paths, parks, and information on Schools. We are also dedicated to helping our clients see the positive and negative things about each property we show in person or virtually.
