That means investigating the strengths and weaknesses of these properties and advising our clients accordingly.  We look at properties critically - pointing out issues about roofing systems, water flow around the property, how the lot sits in relation to others around it, traffic flow and also the positives — the quality of construction, windows, doors and light, air flow and livability.
