The Buyer's Edge Experience

Jim and Kelly were relocating from another state and worked with Buyer's Edge Associate Broker Dave Kolakowski for a year in advance to find a home, flying in occasionally to look at properties. Their rapport with Dave enabled them to move quickly at the right time. When the right house came onto market, both were out of town and unavailable. The couple had become so comfortable with Dave that they authorized him, by phone, to write a contract on a property they had yet to see. Dave wrote a contingency into the sales agreement that gave Jim and Kelly time to fly in and decide whether or not they wanted the house. They did, and with Dave's help saved $10,000 off list in their purchase
