"Fake" Exclusive Buyer's Agents are On the Rise

In a Press Release from the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), they warned consumers of an increase of complaints that they have received regarding “fake” Exclusive Buyer’s Agents. They reported an increase from 2-3 per month to 2-3 per week.  NAEBA recounted that they have seen a sharp rise “in the number of real estate agents claiming to be Exclusive Buyer Agents in spite of working within a (traditional real estate) company that takes listings or even taking listings themselves.”

Southwest DC is Gearing Up to Make this Area a Waterfront Destination for DC Condo Buyers!

What more could a condo buyer ask for? This exciting community has astounding views of the Potomac River, close proximity to historic Smithsonian Museums, new restaurants, the Maine Avenue fish market (also called the Wharf), the upcoming soccer stadium, and oh, did I mentions the fabulous views. The Southwest Quadrant of Washington, DC has now become a home buyer's hotspot and a prime waterfront destination.

In the past, the city's smallest quadrant has mainly been comprised of government offices and low-rise apartments. Residents know Southwest, DC as the city's "quiet corner." This area has never been a district
