Early Sunday morning on October 21st, I was awakened by a siren which isn’t unusual since I live less than a mile from a fire station and a half block from a main thoroughfare. "An agency representing both the buyer and the seller is legal in Maryland, DC and Virginia. In DC and VA, a single agent can represent both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction. This is known as dual agency.
