BUYER'S EDGE is metropolitan Washington's pioneer Exclusive Buyer Broker, providing full representation to Home Buyers in Maryland, Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia since 1992.
Broker and Buyer's Edge President Steve Israel is a Washington native with a solid background in business, real estate and construction. Steve is a charter member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) and a founding member of the Maryland Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. Steve has forged a team pledged to deliver full representation to Home Buyers. The Buyers Edge team's expertise, hard work, and consumer commitment translate into concrete gains at the negotiating table.
Buyer's Edge does not represent Sellers. We do not list homes for sale. Our clients receive the full measure of our attention, loyalty and discretion. Our foundation is consumer-oriented; our goal clear and un-conflicted: to protect the Buyer's interests and save the Buyer money. Our cornerstones are experience, research, and tough negotiation.

- We can show you everything on the market, including MLS listings, For-Sale-By-Owner, Foreclosures, and New Homes. We dig up the facts about a property, including price history and days on market. We bargain hard to get the lowest price and best terms for our client--the Buyer. We don't disclose a client's financial information before the terms of the contract are set.
- We help with financing decisions, inspections, and settlement details.
No Hidden Costs
- Hiring a Buyer's Edge Agent doesn't cost you more. We're in business to protect your interests and save you money. Our clients decide how fees are to be structured. At Buyer's Edge there are two different payment options, geared to the client's specific needs. Our fees are paid through a cooperative commission, or can be included in the sales price, so our clients don't ever pay us out of pocket. We do not require up-front fees! We do not accept bonuses!
