Broker and Buyer's Edge President Steve Israel is a Washington native with a solid background in business, real estate and construction. Steve is a charter member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) and a founding member of the Maryland Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. Steve has forged a team pledged to deliver full representation to Home Buyers.   • We can show you everything on the market, including MLS listings, For-Sale-By-Owner, Foreclosures, and New Homes. We dig up the facts about a property, including price history and days on market. We bargain hard to get the lowest price and best terms for our client--the Buyer. We don't disclose a client's financial information before the terms of the contract are set.

At Buyer's Edge there are two different payment options, geared to the client's specific needs. Our fees are paid through a cooperative commission, or can be included in the sales price, so our clients aren't ever required to pay out of pocket. We do not require up-front fees! We do not accept bonuses!
